I was experiencing a convergence of life changes- a career change, approaching middle age, a shift in marriage dynamics/careers, and a growing desire to learn more about myself. I was shocked by how easy it was to talk to Kathryn and she just seemed to “get it. I gained the ability to recognize/name my feelings, a better understanding of my role as a father and husband, and that I can change. An important caveat is that I won’t always be perfect, and I can allow some grace for myself when I fall short of my goals. I’m continuing to be curious about myself and learn more about who I am/who I can be. I’m getting more comfortable with putting myself in new situations- professionally and personally. I’m using the information I’ve gathered to push myself toward new professional goals. I would (and have) absolutely recommend Kathryn to anyone interested in learning more about themselves and working on leading a happier life. I would tell them that my experience was like having a confidant and cheerleader in my ear every step of the way!

Kathryn’s unwavering encouragement and support has helped me transform my heart and show up fully and bravely in my life! She is able to effortlessly simplify complex issues, drill down to the heart of your internal conflict, and pose pivotal questions for personal reflection and growth all while aiding in the cultivation of your own ability to trust yourself. She is a cheerleader and a very clear mirror when you truly need one. Her coaching style is deeply passionate, warm, and relatable with a good dose of no-bullshit to keep you accountably standing in your highest truth at all times. She truly gets it when it comes to guiding humans with a perspective that is always spot-on. She will hook up her tow rope and drag you out of the mud if you are ready to do your work. I wouldn’t want anyone else in my corner!”

I was lucky enough to have a consult with Kathryn on a Friday and by Wednesday the following week, I had slipcovered all of the furniture in my dining room and enrolled in college to earn my second Bachelor’s degree as an Interior Decorator. Three years later, I have completed that degree and launched my own successful business, Hometown Textiles, all while in school. Along the way when things got challenging, Kathryn’s advice and encouragement motivated me to push through. She taught me not to be a victim but to take control of my own life. The only person that can do it is me! Kathryn Pirozzoli Coaching is what catapulted me to my goals and I have no regrets!

Ultimately, I wasn’t able to get work done, I was anxious, and a friend had mentioned you did coaching. I also was having some issues with my workout routine, and just general social media addiction. I figured maybe there could be one “life coach” to solve all my issues. So I gave this a shot.

During work, I’m more motivated for sure. I don’t think I like my work any better, but I’ve come to view it as a means to an end, and that putting out my best possible work is something to be proud of. I can enjoy “doing a good job.” I definitely focus better as well. I’m more efficient. I’m less anxious.

What I’m really building, though, is a life for myself that I enjoy. I’m getting to create my reality. Not a reality that my parents put into my head, or a reality that was built by teachers, bosses, any of that. My reality, my life. As a straight up return on investment proposition, without any of the mental benefits, I’ve made more money as a result of the mindset, techniques, and emotional strength I’ve acquired from doing this coaching. However the benefits have gone far beyond a simple mathematical value proposition.

From the moment I met Kathryn I was immediately drawn to her. She was a divine messenger sent to me during a time of “tough decision making”. By simplifying my own confusing thoughts, she had the ability to offer direction that was often hard to pinpoint on my own. This brought about a clarity of purpose and allowed me to step into my own power with confidence and trust in myself. She is incredibly intuitive, a wonderful empathetic listener, and offers a safe place to be vulnerable and heard. She goes over and beyond to help you stand in your truth. Her empowering support for her clients displays her passion and mastery of the coaching profession. Kathryn is truly one-of-a -kind. She has found her calling as a life coach and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for an intuitive, sincere, deeply empathetic and passionate coach.

Kathryn coaches me through major life transitions with insight, pragmatic action and fresh perspectives, along with liberal doses of humor and joy. Kathryn is the perfect person to have in your ear when life seems overwhelming or even painful. What a blessing this woman has been in my life.

Kathryn GETS IT. Tell her about an interpersonal problem of any kind and watch as she takes a “complicated” issue and makes sense of it for you in 5 seconds flat. She is gifted beyond measure and has tremendous emotional IQ. Not only is she highly intelligent and intuitive, but she is also one of the least judgmental people I’ve ever met. She’s my “go-to” when I’m trying to work through any kind of issue. Every time we meet, I walk away feeling elated and lighter. I can’t say enough amazing things about her abilities as a coach. You will not be disappointed!

Initially, I was interested to see what I could learn about myself and how to better myself. With a new baby, it was helpful to have someone to help to ease the transition and validate my fears/concerns/frustrations/etc. I felt unhappy and “stuck” in my current circumstances.

I learned how to approach things with a new perspective. Although I still have the job that I wasn’t happy with, I am going into work each day with a different mindset. My priorities have shifted since becoming a mom, and you helped me learn that it’s okay to feel differently about my work. You also helped me to understand what I need for myself, in order to be a better mom.

I would definitely recommend! You were extremely helpful with helping me to see different points of views and perspectives. I often think about the strategies you gave me when I’m struggling.”
